These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. You agree that the courts of California will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be submitted to mediation before a mutually agreed upon mediator in San Fernando, California before any lawsuit is filed.

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of our services for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

10. Tax Preparation Services

10.1. Scope of Services

Our tax preparation services are limited to the preparation of your tax returns based on the information you provide. We will not audit or otherwise verify the information you submit, although we may ask for clarification of some of the information. Our services do not include legal advice.

10.2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide us with all necessary information to prepare your tax returns accurately and completely. You are responsible for reviewing your tax returns for accuracy and completeness before signing them. You are ultimately responsible for the information on your tax returns and for any penalties or interest that may be assessed.

10.3. Professional Standards

We will perform our services in accordance with the standards of the tax preparation profession and the requirements of the California Tax Education Council (CTEC).

11. Business Incorporation Services

Our business incorporation services are designed to assist you in forming a new business entity. We will prepare and file the necessary documents with the appropriate government agencies based on the information you provide. We do not provide legal advice, and you should consult with an attorney for legal advice regarding your business formation and ongoing compliance.

12. Notary Public Services

Our notary public services are provided in accordance with California law. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. You should consult with an attorney for legal advice regarding your documents. Our liability is limited to the amount of our notary bond.

13. Mail Services

Our mail services are provided in accordance with USPS regulations for Commercial Mail Receiving Agencies (CMRA). We will receive and hold mail for you in accordance with our agreement. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail.

14. E-commerce

14.1. Product Sales

We sell products online through our website, ACorporation4less.com. All sales are subject to our sales policies, which are incorporated herein by reference.

14.2. Payment

All payments for products are due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as indicated on our website.
